Terms of Service
Last updated: April 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and services operated by Voyager (“Voyager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements (typically at least 18, or older where required). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
2. The Services
Voyager provides tools to plan, organize, and manage travel-related information, which may include AI-assisted features, integrations with third-party services, and collaboration features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. AI-assisted features and accuracy
Outputs generated by automated or AI systems may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Voyager does not guarantee availability of flights, fares, visas, health requirements, or other travel conditions. You are solely responsible for verifying information with airlines, governments, and other authoritative sources before booking or traveling.
4. Your content and license to us
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Voyager a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display, and create derivative works (such as summaries or reformatted itineraries) solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services to you, including training and tuning our systems only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent or using aggregated or de-identified data.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, bypass security, or access non-public areas without authorization;
- Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content, or to engage in harassment;
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Services in a way that impairs performance or violates our technical documentation, except as allowed by public search engine indexing;
- Reverse engineer the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
6. Third-party services and links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, maps, booking providers, and identity or document services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Voyager is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
7. Fees, beta, and changes
Certain features may be offered free, in beta, or on a paid basis. If we charge fees, we will describe pricing and billing terms before you incur charges. Taxes may apply where required.
8. Voyager intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by Voyager or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, DISCLAIMERS ARE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYAGER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VOYAGER FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATION.
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voyager and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, or for other legitimate reasons with notice where appropriate. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution).
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes will lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may benefit from mandatory local protections and venues.
Informal resolution: before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@govoyager.co to attempt informal resolution for at least thirty (30) days.
Class action waiver: to the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If this waiver is held unenforceable, the remainder of this section still applies.
14. Export and sanctions
You may not use the Services in violation of U.S. or other applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a prohibited party.
15. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyager regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
16. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
